Manage the Patient Journey

• Greet patients, take vitals, collect medical history
• Proactively assist providers during examinations and procedures
• Provide clear, supportive follow-up by updating patients on test results and discussing health-related questions as directed by the provider
• Maintain a safe and pristine environment by cleaning and preparing treatment rooms
• Drive efficiency by managing critical administrative workflows, including charting, addressing patient questions, and processing referrals and prior authorizations

Minimum Requirements

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association OR American Red Cross accepted.
• American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) Medical Assistant credentialed preferred.
• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
