About the role

The Primary Care Patient Care MA works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way. They partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for all patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way
• Partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for all patients

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred Education: Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program
• Preferred Experience: One year of applicable patient care experience or applicable medical office experience as defined by the clinic
• New hire must attend MA Clinic Academy training
