About the role
Medical Assistant (MA) or Clinic LPN position in the Cardiology Clinic located in Mason City, IA.
Schedule
Full‑time, 40 hours per week, day shift, Monday‑Friday.
Responsibilities
- Supports the operation of the clinical practice by performing a variety of administrative and clinical tasks.
- Assists physicians and other healthcare providers in delivering patient care through patient preparation, vital sign collection, documentation, and basic clinical procedures.
- Coordinates patient flow.
- Maintains accurate medical records.
- Ensures a positive patient experience.
Requirements
- Must have successfully completed an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- MA Certification/Registration preferred prior to hire and required within one year.
- OR
- Must have successfully completed an accredited LPN program.
- LPN License in the state of Iowa.
