About the role
Medical Assistant (MA) or LPN position in the Cardiology Clinic located in Waterloo, IA. Full‑time, day shift.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians and other healthcare providers in delivering patient care.
- Prepare patients for exams and procedures.
- Collect vital signs.
- Document patient information.
- Perform basic clinical procedures.
- Coordinate patient flow.
- Maintain accurate medical records.
- Ensure a positive patient experience.
Requirements
- Successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- MA certification/registration preferred prior to hire and required within one year.
- OR successful completion of an accredited LPN program.
- Current LPN license in the state of Iowa.
Schedule
40 hours per week, day shift, Monday‑Friday.
