Medical Assistant/LPN -Regional Float

Responsibilities

• Aids in the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of the provider.
• Performs administrative support duties throughout the practice.
• Interviews patients and measures vital signs.
• Records information in patients' charts.
• Prepares treatment rooms for examinations of patients.
• Assists in enhancing efficiency and continuity of patient care.

Requirements

• MA/CMA certification within 15 months of hire, or LPN license with current Ohio license.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively and relate well with various groups.
• Ability to work under time constraints, multi-task, and work independently.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow directions.

Qualifications

• Experience in physician practice and use of electronic medical records is preferred.
• Valid Ohio driver's license with a clean driving record.
