Medical Assistant - Infusion

Role Overview: The Medical Assistant provides direct and indirect patient care in an ambulatory setting under physician supervision, supporting the healthcare team by performing delegated tasks within legal scope and organizational policies. Key Responsibilities: Execute patient care activities aligned with care plans, policies, and principles of relationship-based care; assist with patient assessments, procedures, and documentation; collaborate with healthcare professionals to meet patient needs.Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED; graduate of a Medical Assistant program; active CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification; current BLS certification; recent Medical Assistant experience; excellent communication skills; proficiency with electronic medical records; adaptable to changing situations; team-oriented mindset.Additional Requirements: Ability to work daytime hours, flexibility for staffing needs, and effective communication skills. Internal applicants must include recent performance evaluations.Details: This is a full-time, nonexempt position with competitive hourly pay, benefits eligibility, and a schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or on-call duties.
