What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Gather and document patient data received through remote patient monitoring programs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in medical records
• Absorb incoming patient information
• Assist patients with remote monitoring equipment setup and usage
• Maintain remote patient monitoring equipment and medical supplies, including troubleshooting and reordering as needed
• Perform administrative duties, including scheduling, patient registration, and data entry

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Current Medical Assistant certification preferred, or ability to obtain within an established timeframe
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Comfortable working with technology and troubleshooting patient monitoring equipment
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record, if required for job duties
