Role Overview

As a Remote Patient Monitoring Specialist, you will oversee home-based monitoring devices, analyze patient data, and alert clinicians to significant changes. Your vigilance ensures timely interventions and improved outcomes for seniors with chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain remote monitoring equipment in patients' homes.
• Review patient data for trends, anomalies, and health risks.
• Communicate with healthcare teams regarding concerning findings.
• Educate patients and families on using monitoring devices and interpreting results.

Qualifications

• Experience in telehealth, remote monitoring, or home health technology.
• Strong analytical, communication, and technical troubleshooting skills.
