Responsibilities
- Process new hire applicants through the Employee Health onboarding program.
- Collect drug screen specimens following established protocols.
- Perform phlebotomy for required laboratory testing.
- Administer PPD (Tuberculin Skin Tests) and immunizations.
- Conduct respirator fit testing for employees.
- Enter and maintain accurate employee health information in electronic systems.
- Ensure compliance with Employee Health policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to new hires and employees.
- Auxiliary with clinic preparation, organization, and workflow across multiple campuses.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow infection prevention and safety protocols.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate of Arts (AA) or Associate of Science (AS) degree preferred.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association required.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of phlebotomy experience.
- Experience working in a physician's office or outpatient clinical setting preferred.
- Experience administering immunizations.
- Strong data entry and computer skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in Employee Health, Occupational Health, or pre-employment screening preferred.
