Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome patients and prepare them for their visits.
• Answer care-related questions thoughtfully.
• Support providers during procedures and capture detailed visit notes.
• Fulfill prescription orders and assist with other tasks to ensure appointments are smooth and complete.
• Manage clinic supplies, maintain equipment, and optimize workflow.
• Be a reliable teammate, offering assistance, organizing, and fostering a positive environment.

Qualifications/Experience

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of a state-approved Medical Assistant program.
• Extensive experience may be considered if a formal program is not required.
• Awarded authorization to work in the United States without restriction.
• Eligible for employment without sponsorship for work visas.
