Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional patient experience by warmly welcoming patients, prepping them for visits, and answering care-related questions.
• Support providers by assisting during procedures, capturing detailed visit notes, fulfilling prescription orders, and ensuring smooth, complete appointments.
• Maintain clinic efficiency by managing supplies, maintaining equipment, understanding exam room flow, and finding creative ways to improve workflows.
• Act as a reliable teammate by helping others, keeping the environment organized, and contributing to a positive, supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of a state-approved Medical Assistant program.
• Employer may consider applicants based on extensive experience (unless required by state law).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction (no visa sponsorship available).

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Medical office, procedure/exam room, and laboratory environment may include exposure to communicable diseases, bloodborne pathogens, biohazards, or toxic substances. Daily activities may include standing, walking, sitting, bending, and lifting items up to 30 lbs.
