TMH Urgent Care in Panama City Beach is seeking Full-Time and Flexible Medical Assistants.

The Medical Assistant will:

• Perform delegated nursing functions under the direction of the department manager and clinical nurses.
• Assist with direct patient care and clerical duties, including scheduling patients, patient hygiene/toileting, mobility assistance, interdepartmental transportation, vital signs, charting, ordering supplies, cleaning and stocking patient areas, chart audits, and interaction with all areas of the department.

What You’ll Need To Apply

• Required Education: High school diploma (or equivalent) and successful completion of a Medical Assistant training course at a vocational/technical school.
• Required Experience: None.
• Preferred Experience: Successful completion of a Medical Assistant externship and two (2) or more years of job-related experience preferred.
• Required Certification/License/Registry: None.
