About the role

The Medical Assistant (MA) supports providers by delivering direct and indirect patient care in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. They may assist with clinical procedures, maintain accurate documentation, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• New hire must attend MA Clinic Academy training
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• One year of experience in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with EHR systems and clinical documentation
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Knowledge of common outpatient procedures and equipment
