We are seeking a dependable, patient-centered Medical Assistant – Float based in Boynton Beach, FL, to support multiple office locations.
Responsibilities
- Patient preparation
- Triage
- Assessments
- Vital sign recording
- Assisting with procedures
- Patient education
- Follow-up
- Medication administration
- Managing test scheduling and documentation
Requirements
- Adaptable, clinically competent, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of HMO insurance
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in documentation and coding (CPT, ICD-10)
Qualifications
- A high school diploma
- 1-2 years of medical experience preferred
- Certification or medical training a plus
Skills
- Maintaining a safe clinical environment
- Performing lab/X-ray duties if certified
