Responsibilities
- Performs clinical, clerical, and administrative tasks in an OMP outpatient clinic under the supervision and direction of a provider (physician or advanced practice clinician) or Medical Office Nurse Coordinator.
- Consistent with his/her Medical Assistant education, training, experience and certification, performs duties as directed.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Completion of Medical Assistant program accredited or approved by the Washington Department of Health required.
- One year of experience in health care in an outpatient clinic preferred (experience specific to the type of clinic being hired for is preferred).
Qualifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire.
- Current Medical Assistant – Certification issued by the WA State Department of Health.

Fte 100% WORK SHIFT Days Pay Range $24.01 - $35.44 Union SEIU 1199-Service and Dietary Shift Differentials/Premiums Weekend & Holiday Shifts: No Shift Differentials: No Evening - $3.00/hour Night - $5.00/hour Weekends - $4.50/hour Premiums Per Diem - 15% (on rate of pay, in lieu of benefits) Lead - $3.25/hour On-Call - $3.00/hour Preceptor - $1.50/hour Trainer - $1.50/hour
