Medical Assistant Certified - Ancillary General

Responsibilities

• Assists physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants in providing superior medical care.
• Makes accurate data entries for patient registration and insurance verification.
• Verifies and records insurance statistics.
• Affixes patient appointments, answers phones, keeps providers updated on changes, and informs patients about their benefits.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• One year of medical office experience preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required.
• BLS certification required.

Pay

Commensurate with experience.

Schedule

8AM - 5PM Monday-Friday.
