Medical Assistant - Central Refill
Location: The VIC (18110 SE 34th Street - Vancouver, WA 98683). Potential to transition to off-site work after successful completion of full-time, on-site training.
About the role
In this role you will utilize department protocols and workflows to refill medications as well as make phone calls and assist patients in scheduling appointments. This is an on-call opportunity with a varying schedule Monday through Friday; hours are not guaranteed. Opportunity to work remotely after successful completion of training and meeting requirements.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
- Certification from national certifying entity (AAMA, NCCT, AMT, NHA, etc.)
- Current Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified credential required, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
- Current healthcare provider BLS required
- For off-site work: live in the local Vancouver, WA or Portland, OR area and have a secure home network with minimum upload (5 mbps) and download speeds (25 mbps)
Pay
Hiring range (with active Washington State Department of Health Medical Assistant-Certified credential) is generally between $22.25-$27.45. Placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience. 5% differential for on-call position status. Pay range $21.81 - $30.53.
