The Sayger Group is seeking to fill a position for a client in need of a Registered Medical Assistant. Primary duties to include managing and responding to patient calls related to medical care, rooming patients, obtaining vitals, drawing injections, assisting in small procedures, coordinating and scheduling of procedures, imaging and labs, processes documents related to patient care and other administrative and/or clinical tasks as assigned. Prior Experience As a Medical Assistant Is Required. Proficient use of EClinicalWorks is required. This position works very closely with assigned provider(s) but performs most tasks independently. This position is responsible for assisting in daily clinic activity, such as patient flow from the waiting room and exam rooms; removing stitches; prepping patients for in-office procedures, etc. Successful candidate will be personable, dependable, organized, detail oriented, strong at multi-tasking, flexible and dedicated to high quality patient care. We are searching for a self-starter with a friendly demeanor, great attitude, excellent phone skills, ability to learn quickly, and a strong work ethic. Job is full time - Approximately 20-40/week, depending on the physician's schedule and qualifications. The Sayger Group is seeking to fill a position for a client in need of an Experienced Medical Receptionist. This position is primarily responsible for coordinating all functions necessary for an efficient and productive flow of patients between check-in, treatment, and check-out. This position is a point-of-contact for all non-clinical patient service including managing the patient scheduling process; collecting, posting, and depositing patient payments; maintaining patient charts and electronic medical records; maintaining the front desk area; and providing outstanding customer service to our patients. Other duties may also be assigned. Prior Experience As a Medical Receptionist Is Required. Proficient use of EClinicalWorks is required.
