Medical Assistant

Responsibilities

• Takes vitals and rooms patients
• Aids during medical procedures
• Requests and obtains necessary clinical documents for patients' charts
• Organizes examination rooms
• May assist in verifying patient insurance, assists with voicemail and returning calls
• Communicates with providers, staff, and patients

Qualifications

• 3 years of solid Medical Assistant experience
• Medical Assistant diploma required
• Bilingual Spanish highly preferred
• Experience with Medical Terminology - reading and writing skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Available to work a M-F work schedule

Pay, Benefits, and Schedule

Anticipated hourly range: $23.00 per hour - $25.30 per hour
