Job Responsibilities
- Manage promotional materials through the MRC workflow, ensuring all timelines and established processes are met.
- Facilitate efficient MRC meetings, maintain focus on key issues, and capture meeting minutes including weekly discussions and outcomes.
- Ensure all reviewer comments are clarified, reconciled, and incorporated prior to final material approval.
- Proofread copy materials prior to Veeva submission, confirming accuracy and that all comments are addressed before final sign-off.
- Verify that materials include linked references where required in Veeva PromoMats.
- Lead project management within Veeva PromoMats, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines, track live and expired projects, and ensure timely re-approvals.
- Cook up with regulatory to prepare OPDP submissions.
- Onboard and train MRC members, including external advertising agency partners.
Job Requirements
- B.A./B.S in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Public Health, or related fields.
- 2+ years’ experience in medical affairs project management, or healthcare/pharmaceutical program management. (Preferred)
- Proactive mindset around taking initiative.
- Ability to manage details, manage multiple tasks, and small projects simultaneously.
- Work independently to meet deadlines.
- Prominent oral and written communication skills.
- Very proficient in MS Suite and Veeva PromoMats.
- Demonstrated abilities for problem-solving, creativity, and collaboration as a key team member.
