Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the MDS euMDR Medical Affairs Team as needed to support the transition to euMDR.
- Collect, organize, and assess the required documentation for Clinical Evaluation Plans (CEP) and Clinical Evaluation Reports (CER) from various functions.
- Ensure a steady completion of workload in a timely manner.
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, fax, e-mail and mailing as needed.
- Maintain electronic filing system for CEPs/CERs.
- Manage requests for information and data.
- Manage workflow, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly.
Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma. Associates Degree preferred.
- Three to five years’ relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent PC computer skills.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Ability to gather and monitor information.
- Ability to assess and solve problems.
- Ability to prioritize.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal.
