Medical Affairs Document Coordinator
Job Description
The Medical Affairs Document Coordinator provides administrative support to the MDS euMDR Medical Affairs Team to support the transition to euMDR. Responsibilities include collecting, organizing, and assessing required documentation for Clinical Evaluation Plans (CEP) and Clinical Evaluation Reports (CER) from various functions.
This individual must be efficient, organized, resourceful, and capable of functioning well both individually and as part of a team. Ensuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
General clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, emailing, and mailing are included. Maintaining an electronic filing system for CEPs/CERs, managing requests for information and data, and managing workflow to meet deadlines and complete tasks accurately are also responsibilities.
Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma. Associates Degree preferred.
- Three to five years’ relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent PC computer skills
