Responsibilities
- Deliver best-in-class cosmetic injectable treatments following the guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical Director
- Conduct thorough consultations with patients to assess their needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Cross-sell procedures and products that complement the treatment and enhance the result
- Achieve daily/ weekly/ monthly individual service goals
- Willingness to promote services on personal and professional media platforms
- Engage in community-driven marketing events
Requirements
- Laser Certificate preferred; laser experience required
- Graduate of a Licensed Medical Aesthetician Program required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in aesthetics preferred
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in medical aesthetics through ongoing education and professional development
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate client records
- Professional demeanor with a client-first mindset
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Works collaboratively as part of a team
- Respectful towards patients and co-workers
- Empathetic to patient needs and concerns
- Excellent customer service and consultative skills
- Knowledge of electronic health records and thorough documentation skills
