Responsibilities

  • Deliver best-in-class cosmetic injectable treatments following the guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical Director
  • Conduct thorough consultations with patients to assess their needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Cross-sell procedures and products that complement the treatment and enhance the result
  • Achieve daily/ weekly/ monthly individual service goals
  • Willingness to promote services on personal and professional media platforms
  • Engage in community-driven marketing events

Requirements

  • Laser Certificate preferred; laser experience required
  • Graduate of a Licensed Medical Aesthetician Program required
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in aesthetics preferred
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in medical aesthetics through ongoing education and professional development
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate client records
  • Professional demeanor with a client-first mindset
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Works collaboratively as part of a team
  • Respectful towards patients and co-workers
  • Empathetic to patient needs and concerns
  • Excellent customer service and consultative skills
  • Knowledge of electronic health records and thorough documentation skills
  • Evenings and Saturday availability
