Medical Aesthetician

Are you a passionate Licensed Aesthetician with a commitment to cutting-edge skincare and patient-centered treatment? We are seeking an experienced aesthetic professional (+3 years) to join our dynamic Buckhead medical spa team. We offer a collaborative environment where advanced technology meets personalized patient care, providing an opportunity to leverage your expertise in laser treatments, skincare procedures, and client consultation. Responsible for providing elective care for cosmetic complaints that can be reasonably treated with non-invasive medical grade procedures. Duties include taking medical histories, performing examinations, developing a treatment plan within scope of practice for cosmetic patients, establishing a client base and treatment administration. Must be willing to work Thursday-Saturday, and every other Sunday. Education & Experience:Graduate of accredited Aesthetician programAssistant Laser Practitioner LicenseExperience working in a medical office or med spa preferredExperience administering microdermabrasion, laser hair removal, laser skin resurfacing, chemical peels, and facials preferredExperience advising and using skincare products including Revision®, Obagi®, SkinMedica, etc.Experience operating Ulthera®, Coolsculpting, Sciton® and Candela machines (minimum 3 years) Essential Skills & Abilities:Must be willing to work weekendsExcellent knowledge of skin care and treatmentExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work as a team memberWell-organized with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyTreats patients and co-workers with respectEmpathetic with patient needs and concerns Benefits:$0 premium employee-only medical plan, with competitive options for dependent coverage, plus dental and vision elections401(k) retirement plan eligibility after 6 months of employment3 weeks of PTO to start, plus paid holidays and floating holidaysCompetitive compensation with commission/bonus earning opportunities
