About the Role

Engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) who treat NSCLC/NMSC patients within specific accounts—including academic centers, large group practices, IDNs, and community accounts. Focus on presenting clinically focused selling messages to build and grow revenue and consistently deliver product goals. Demonstrate initiative, drive, and independence while taking ownership of account management-based selling skills. Lead performance and deliver results in a compliant manner, adhering to all Regeneron policies and regulations governing pharmaceutical/biological product promotion in the U.S.

Collaborate closely with Reimbursement and Access Specialists, Key Account Managers, and other team members to efficiently address customer needs and resolve challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Engage Oncology Specialists (NSCLC/NMSC) and key experts within assigned accounts to deliver clinical messages and grow brand share and revenue.
  • Facilitate partnerships with collaboration partners, including Regional Directors, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, Oncology Key Account Leaders (OKALs), and Reimbursement Specialists to proactively resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics, and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives.
  • Develop strong working relationships with aligned designated accounts and specialists.
  • Execute market profiling activities to ensure a deep understanding of regional and local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
  • Proactively identify business opportunities within assigned accounts and coordinate efforts with the Regeneron Oncology account team, e.g., support contracting pull-through.
  • Develop relationships within each account to understand objectives, goals, and challenges, and align Regeneron Oncology resources to customer needs.
  • Demonstrate dedication to compliance by understanding regulations and policies governing customer interactions and ensuring adherence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree or additional advanced education/certifications a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in Oncology sales (NSCLC and/or NMSC experience preferred).
  • Buy-and-bill experience with biologics required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with key NSCLC/NMSC thought leaders or high-influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, or key institutions.
  • Current account management experience calling on large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
  • Strong understanding of the Oncology NSCLC/NMSC therapeutic area and the current Oncology marketplace.
  • Ability to collaborate and coordinate activity among individuals in different reporting structures within the organization.
  • Passion for science and a proactive approach to strengthening knowledge related to disease-state, treatment options, and healthcare trends.
  • Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories.

Pay

Salary Range (annually): $178,500.00 - $241,500.00.

Schedule

This is a field-based role requiring onsite performance. Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories is required.
