About the role

The Hematology Oncology Account Specialist engages Hematologists and other key Oncology customers within a geographical universe including Kansas City, Columbia, Springfield, MO, and Wichita KS. The role focuses on presenting clinically focused selling messages to build and grow revenue for the launch of a Multiple Myeloma product.

Responsibilities

  • Engage Hematologists and other key Oncology customers and deliver clinically focused selling messages to support the Multiple Myeloma bispecific antibody.
  • Facilitate partnerships with multiple collaboration partners including Regional Directors, Nurse Educators, Key Account Managers, Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists to proactively resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics and trends, and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives.
  • Develop strong working relationships with aligned designated accounts and specialists.
  • Execute market profiling activities to ensure a deep understanding of regional and local health care delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
  • Proactively identify business opportunities with assigned accounts and leads appropriate coordination of effort by the Regeneron Oncology account team.
  • Demonstrate dedication to compliance through understanding regulations and policies governing customer interactions and ensuring compliance with them.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree; Masters degree or additional advanced education/certifications a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years successful experience in Oncology sales, Hematology Oncology preferred.
  • Buy and bill experience with biologics required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with key thought leaders or high influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, key institutions.
  • Strong understanding of the Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and the current Oncology marketplace.
  • Ability to travel and cover large geography territories.

Benefits

Salary range (annually): $158,950 - $220,000 (Please note: this is the accurate range for this position; other ranges shown may reflect system defaults.)
