Responsibilities
- Engage Hematologists and deliver clinically focused selling messages for the Multiple Myeloma product
- Facilitate partnerships with various stakeholders to address customer needs and market dynamics
- Develop strong relationships with designated accounts and specialists in assigned territory
- Execute market profiling activities to understand local healthcare delivery and payer systems
- Identify business opportunities with accounts and coordinate efforts within the the company Oncology team
- Build in-depth relationships within accounts to align the company resources to customer needs
- Ensure compliance by understanding regulations governing customer interactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's or advanced certifications preferred
- Minimum 5 years of successful experience in Oncology sales, preferably Hematology Oncology
- Buy and bill experience with biologics required
- Current account management experience in Oncology group practices or integrated delivery networks
- Strong understanding of Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and marketplace
