Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Medicaid Enterprise System initiatives for HHS agencies
- Serve as the primary client interface for stakeholder guidance
- Cook up efforts among stakeholders, including vendors and government entities
- Monitor vendor performance to ensure program alignment
- Identify and manage project risks, ensuring timely resolutions
- Develop program governance structures and project management frameworks
- Contribute to key MES deliverables and strategic planning documents
Qualifications
- 10-15+ years in Medicaid, HHS, or public sector consulting
- Experience with large-scale Medicaid Enterprise Systems initiatives
- Proven track record in a consulting services environment
- Ability to manage multi-stakeholder environments effectively
- Experience with vendor performance oversight and accountability
- Expertise in engaging executive-level stakeholders
- Knowledge of structured project governance frameworks like PMO
