We are seeking professionals with experience managing Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, renewals, or related beneficiary services. About The Role The Medicaid Eligibility & Enrollment Manager will support the management and improvement of eligibility and enrollment operations. Depending on the opportunity, work may involve agency processes, beneficiary communications, staff training, systems implementation, or performance improvement. We welcome professionals from state and local agencies, health plans, enrollment organizations, government contractors, and related service providers. Responsibilities Manage or support eligibility, enrollment, renewal, and redetermination initiativesReview workflows and identify opportunities to improve accuracy and timelinessCoordinate teams, vendors, and agency stakeholdersMonitor workloads, backlogs, service levels, and operational performanceSupport implementation of policy and procedural changesDevelop training materials, operating procedures, and beneficiary communicationsSupport eligibility system improvements, testing, and implementationHelp improve coordination between eligibility determination and health plan enrollmentPrepare operational reports and practical recommendations Requirements Qualifications Experience with U.S. Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, or related program operationsExperience managing teams, projects, workflows, or service deliveryUnderstanding of eligibility and enrollment processes and their effect on beneficiariesStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to use operational data to identify issues and guide improvements Relevant supervisory or project leadership experience is welcome, even if your previous title was not Manager.
