About the role
The Media Supervisor (Programmatic) is the day-to-day lead for end-to-end communications planning. They are responsible for translating digital media objectives into communication plan development action steps and managing the team through various projects. The Supervisor is the primary point of contact for the client on stewardship requests and is responsible for having a firm grasp of both strategic and functional media knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Independently generate strategic insights for the campaigns in their portfolio and implement campaigns with the support of Programmatic Analysts/Sr. Analysts.
- Managers train Programmatic Analysts on client specific requirements, providing expertise in optimization strategies and guidance on best practices related to client communication.
- Strategically plan, execute, manage, and optimize online biddable media campaigns and programs for agency clients (e.g. auction/exchange based performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing campaigns) while meeting or surpassing client performance expectations.
- Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launch.
- Communicate effectively with clients about upcoming programmatic activations and new and never been done before tactics.
- Provide regular insights to clients detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities.
- Lead and assist in coaching, managing, and educating Analysts and Sr. Analysts, helping to support campaigns.
- Work closely with junior team members to help improve professional growth within the company.
Qualifications
- Prior online trafficking and campaign management experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Prior experience with bid management platforms and active campaign optimization.
- 3+ years of experience managing Display, Video, and/or Mobile Programmatic Media Buying.
- Full working knowledge in technologies such as The Trade Desk, Yahoo DSP, Amazon and DV360.
- Strong analytics, organizational, and communication skills.
- Previous leadership/management experience.
- Client facing experience with the ability to identify risks and effectively manage through issues.
- Experience managing junior level team members and helping build their professional growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced understanding of Excel.

- The Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
- The pay range is USD $75,500.00 - USD $102,700.00/Annually.
