About the Role
Contribute to the growth of your career as a Media Supervisor supporting the Media & Digital Marketing Manager. Partner with our media agency and in-house team on the planning, execution, optimization, and analysis of media campaigns, including social media, digital video, audio, OOH, and Linear TV for our HomeGoods and Homesense brands.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Media & Digital Marketing team, agencies, and brand marketing teams to develop effective communication tactics and best-in-class user experiences within each paid media channel.
- Ensure programs are executed flawlessly and drive results by collaborating with internal and external partners and agencies.
- Participate in the development of larger strategies and seasonal project plans.
- Monitor the media landscape to provide insights and implications for TJX brands, including distribution of best practices, competitive landscape (media & messaging), and potential technology partners/vendors.
- Act as a digital media content best practice advisor, providing POV on best-in-class content formats, user experience, and linking strategies.
- Communicate creative specs, deadlines, and creative asset guidelines/examples to Brand Marketing and Creative teams.
- Deliver all required creative assets (created by the Brand Creative teams) and campaign trafficking information to media agency partners.
- Support all rounds of digital media QA, changes, and final go-live.
- Input into Brand Creative briefs and partner on the creative review process to ensure alignment with the Marketing Strategy and delivery to agencies for execution.
- Maintain a pulse on audience trends and assist in the generation and implementation of target audiences across all digital campaigns (e.g., submitting CRM requests, uploading 1PD lists to platforms, etc.).
- Maintain the media budget including invoice reconciliation and billing tracking.
- Partner with Brand Marketing and media agency teams to develop the annual Grand Opening media strategy, create media plans in support of grand openings, gain plan approval, and own media authorization, creative spec delivery, and creative trafficking.
- Analyze programs and provide reporting to cross-channel teams with key findings and implications for future programs.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting support.
- Support the execution of A/B tests and third-party campaign studies including measuring and reporting on findings.
- Partner with internal and external agency teams to assist in delivering Marketing Mix Modeling data inputs and performing data QA.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- Experience with executing & measuring various forms of digital media (social, video, paid search, etc.).
- Related experience with a media agency, vendor, or client-side media/marketing.
- Knowledge of media planning, including social media, digital video, audio, OOH, and Linear TV.
- General understanding of digital analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Ability to work with and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to interpret and analyze data and present it to a variety of stakeholders.
- Team player who is collaborative while being an effective communicator.

Pay
This position has a starting salary range of $76,800.00 to $97,900.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
Location: USA Home Office, Framingham, MA (550 Cochituate Rd).
