Job Summary
Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a data-driven Social Media Advertising Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns, particularly in Meta and Google Ads, and will be comfortable working with meaningful ad budgets and AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other performance channels — owning the full lifecycle from audience strategy to creative testing to budget pacing.
- Maintain reporting dashboards and deliver clear weekly and monthly performance recaps to marketing and executive leadership.
- Work closely with creative, content, and dev teams to brief, test, and refresh ad creative before fatigue kicks in.
- Coordinate with the call center and sales operations to close the loop between ad performance and downstream revenue.
- Stay sharp on platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging paid opportunities — and bring new ideas to the table without being asked.
- Monitor key performance metrics (CPL, CPQ, set rate, demo rate, COM%) and adjust campaigns proactively to hit efficiency and volume targets.
- Run structured A/B tests on audiences, creatives, offers, and landing pages — and turn what you learn into scalable wins across markets and divisions.
- Use AI tools and automation to accelerate creative production, reporting, and campaign analysis — we expect everyone on this team to be AI-forward.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns — Meta, Google, or both.
- Comfortable in Ads Manager and Google Ads at a tactical level: campaign structure, audience setup, pixel/conversion tracking, troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical instincts. You read data, draw conclusions, and turn insights into action — without needing someone to interpret the numbers for you.
- Comfortable managing meaningful ad budgets ($25K–$100K+/month) with accountability for ROI.
- Familiar with CRM platforms (HubSpot a plus) and how paid performance connects to downstream pipeline metrics.
- Solid creative judgment — you don't need to design, but you know what stops the scroll and what's gone stale.
- Clear communicator. You can summarize campaign performance for non-marketing stakeholders without dumbing it down or burying the lead.
- Self-starter mindset. You see what needs to happen and you do it — or you flag it before it becomes a problem.
Qualifications
- Experience with multi-region or multi-location advertising at scale (nice to have).
- Working knowledge of GA4, Looker Studio, or similar reporting/BI tools (nice to have).
- Comfort with light scripting, no-code automation (Zapier/Make/n8n), or marketing tech implementation (nice to have).
- Background in growth marketing, RevOps, or marketing analytics (nice to have).
Benefits
- High-impact role with visibility to leadership.
- Opportunity to help scale a national brand.
- Collaborative, fast-paced, and growth-oriented environment.
Pay
$60,000 – $80,000 base salary (depending on experience)
