Media Planner, Integrated Media Planning
OMG23 is the Omnicom Media Group agency dedicated to Walt Disney Studios, Disney+, and Disney’s multiple television networks. We partner with Disney on the planning, buying, and implementation of integrated ad campaigns for iconic entertainment brands, including blockbuster films from Walt Disney Studios, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, Pixar, Walt Disney Animation Studios, 20th Century, and Searchlight. We are also Disney’s Agency of Record for premier television networks such as ABC, ABC News, Disney Channels, Freeform, National Geographic, and FX.
About the role
OMG23 is looking for an Integrated Media Planner to help bring media strategies to life across channels like TV and digital. You’ll be the day-to-day owner of assigned campaigns, ensuring plans are smart, on budget, and executed correctly. This role is ideal for someone early in their media career who’s curious, analytical, and ready to take real ownership.
Responsibilities
- Help develop media strategies alongside internal teams
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across TV and digital channels
- Use research and analytics tools to identify the best media placements
- Monitor competitive activity and flag key insights
- Build client-facing decks that clearly explain strategy and tactics
- Manage budgets, investments, and purchase authorizations
- Review schedules and buys to ensure performance aligns with goals
- Support digital reporting with insights and optimization recommendations
- Coordinate with activation, traffic, and account teams to ensure smooth execution
- Manage and mentor junior team members on day-to-day tasks
- Track timelines, deliverables, and evolving client needs
- Stay up to date on media trends and vendor offerings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- 1+ years of media experience; integrated TV + Digital preferred
- Working knowledge of media, marketing, and advertising fundamentals
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint or Keynote
- Familiarity with tools like Comscore, DoubleClick, Kantar, MRI/Simmons, Nielsen, Prisma, and R/F tools
- Strong communicator (written and verbal)
- Flexible and adaptable in fast-moving environments
- Proactive problem-solver with sharp critical thinking

Pay
$60,000.00 - $70,500.00 (California)
Schedule
This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA, requiring a minimum of three days a week in the office, with potential for increased in-office days over time.
