Responsibilities
- Support the development of integrated, insight-driven media plans and media mixes that align perfectly with client objectives and media briefs.
- Conduct comprehensive channel, audience, and competitive research; actively review and evaluate incoming vendor proposals.
- Translate finalized media plans into accurate trafficking documentation, build Insertion Orders within the Advantage platform, and execute thorough QA across digital platforms prior to launch.
- Monitor campaign pacing and support continuous optimizations based on live performance metrics to maximize client ROI.
- Partner closely with internal analytics, creative, strategy, project management, and account teams to ensure campaigns are built, launched, and optimized with precision.
- Maintain clear, professional, and productive communication with external vendors and media partners to explore emerging media trends and unique opportunities.
- Contribute to presentation development and strategic storytelling, thinking beyond basic execution to understand how media placements amplify creative impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 1+ year of media planning and buying experience within an agency or brand environment.
- Hands-on digital trafficking experience, including building and managing campaigns inside Facebook Ads Manager.
- Strong proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets; experience with Google Campaign Manager and creating UTM parameters/supporting tagging processes is highly preferred.
- Strong quantitative and analytical thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills matched with a team-first mindset, accountability, and a willingness to learn.
- Experience or comfort working across a diverse range of sectors, which may include Travel/Tourism, Healthcare, Financial Services, Higher Ed, and Clean Energy.
