An appointed position on the ACYA National Executive and a member of ACYA's Media Team, reporting to the Media Manager. Media Officers are responsible for executing ACYA’s social media presence on English and Chinese language platforms, including graphics, short-form videos, and captions.
Responsibilities
- Help manage the ACYA National Instagram account
- Help manage the ACYA National Facebook account
- Help manage the ACYA National WeChat account
- Help manage the ACYA National Xiaohongshu account
- Facilitate knowledge sharing among chapters about social media strategy and national ACYA media strategy
Requirements
- Time commitment of ~3-4 hours per week
- Ability to work well within small teams
- Demonstrated understanding of social media engagement
- Experience in media and/or visual design
