Media Marketing Manager
About the role
The Omnichannel Media Manager at West Shore Home is responsible for training, developing, and optimizing the media results of Media Buyers and Analysts. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, negotiating with media partners, and aligning marketing goals with financial targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage the training and development of Media Buyers focusing on television direct response and omnichannel streaming advertising.
- Develop and implement improvements to the optimization strategy using an omnichannel approach to enhance CPLI and COM.
- Ensure that the Media Buyers deploy the appropriate budgets in their assigned markets to meet weekly marketing performance goals.
- Collaborate with the Director of Media to develop strategies for national media buying, streaming, and other larger-scale media initiatives.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Planning, and Analytics team for budget and target planning to ensure accurate alignment with marketing department goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Experience buying or selling linear TV media advertising for at least 2 years.
- Experience using omnichannel streaming campaigns to drive lead conversion.
- Ability to work onsite in Mechanicsburg, PA. Relocation assistance is available.

Pay
$X per hour or $Y per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time)
