Media Assistant - Classification E (0.5 FTE)

About the role

With the focus to support and advance the Edina Public Schools' mission, vision, and core values, the Media Assistant supports the media program team by providing media-related assistance to students and staff. The Media Assistant works in school media centers to provide operational support primarily in collection management.

Location & Schedule

Edina High School | Part-time, 9-month position (Monday–Friday)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of related work experience
• Valid Minnesota driver’s license and evidence of mobility to travel between school district sites

Pay

The wage for this position ranges from $23.66 to $29.84 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Most candidates will start at the entry-level rate of $23.66 per hour. Experienced candidates with prior work experience in a related field may be eligible for a starting rate of up to $26.19 per hour.
