9-month contract, 4 hours per day
Beginning salary: $17.06 per hour (Grade 19)
Scope
To assist the media specialist with the media needs of students and teachers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (or special diploma).
- Training in the use of computers.
- Typing speed of 35 correct words per minute.
- Minimum of 60 semester hours from an accredited educational institution, with at least 30 semester hours in general education core curriculum and/or child development and education, or successful completion of the ParaPro test with a score of 457 or higher, or an AA degree.
- Valid Florida driver’s license.
