Media Analyst - B2B
Principal Purpose of Position
Completing analysis and presenting results in a clear manner
Interpret and analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns
Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
Assisting account managers and central marketing team with understanding reports and data sets
Enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for enhancing current analytics and reporting systems
Data mining using state-of-the-art methods
Enhancing existing data sets with third party sources of information when needed
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Education and/or Training
- Four year college degree or demonstrated equivalent experience in data science, mathematics, statistics, or computer science
Relevant Work Experience
- 3-5 years of analytics or data science experience
- Automotive or marketing experience a plus
Planning/Organizing/Managerial Knowledge
- Great communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc)
- Experience in data visualization tools
- Good applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc.
- Data-oriented personality
Communicating & Influencing Skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to interact and work with employees at all levels in the organization including business units and management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts to non-specialists

Outputs
- Responsible for analyzing analytic dashboards/platforms and proactively making recommendations for the business unit
- Identifying trends and patterns provided by data sets in marketing technologies
- Enhance and optimize reporting and analytics support for Holman businesses
- Work closely with IT to ensure data integrity for all marketing reporting
- Enrich the conversations that marketing account managers have with leadership teams

Pay
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $72,950.00 - $103,955.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
