About the role

This is an entry-level, full-time opportunity in our Overland Park, KS office designed for individuals looking to launch a career in media, advertising, marketing, or communications. The AdOps Coordinator manages integrated media campaigns across a portfolio of hotel and destination accounts, providing hands-on experience and a strong foundation for future growth within the media industry.

Recent graduates and candidates with 0-1 years of experience in analytics, media, or data (including internships) are encouraged to apply. This role is foundational for all other media roles and offers visibility into how media is set up, managed, and reported on for client success.

Responsibilities

  • Assist media managers with spec collection and campaign kick-off needs.
  • Work with media manager and planner on launch strategy.
  • QA and troubleshoot campaign launch and delivery issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure campaigns launch on time and accurately.
  • Ensure campaigns pace appropriately and correctly.
  • Assist with ongoing KPI optimization with vendors.
  • Own creation and implementation of all tags, trafficking via a third-party ad server.
  • Collect and verify all digital assets for campaign execution; proof digital assets from a technical aspect to ensure they meet vendor spec requirements.
  • Properly set up all components of a campaign, including:
    • Proper naming conventions
    • Creative testing and rotation
    • Measurement tools
    • Ad verification pixels
  • Compile data needed for ongoing optimizations and monthly reports.
  • Aid in vendor communication and meeting collaboration for ongoing industry knowledge.

Requirements

  • 0-1 years of experience working within analytics, media, or data (internship experience is acceptable).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and numerical ability—ability to interpret data and spreadsheets quickly.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Resourcefulness: strong ability to look for answers and solutions.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge across digital, traditional, social, and B2B channels is preferred.
