About the role
Era Living is seeking a part-time Lead Resident Assistant to join our Community Health team at University House Issaquah, Issaquah, WA. This position involves NOC shifts scheduled Friday and Saturday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM.
Pay
$24.00 - $27.50 per hour
Double pay for holidays worked.

Responsibilities
- Act as a shift lead, providing support and direction to other Resident Assistants on the same shift
- Provide direct resident care services, including personal care and exceptional clinical observation of residents
- Distribute medications as a primary job responsibility
- Assist with routine administrative activities as determined by the supervisor
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide Certification required
- Nurse Delegation certificate
- Fundamentals of Caregiving or Modified Fundamentals of Caregiving
- Caregiver Mental Health and Dementia training
- Maintain required 12 hours of CE needed for NAC certificate
- Food Handler’s Certificate or ability to obtain within 14 days of hire
- 2 or more years of experience in Home Health, Skilled Nursing Facility, or other long-term care settings
- Assisted Living experience preferred
- Ability to pass DSHS and State background check
Skills
- Ability to provide all aspects of personal care to older adults at all functional levels
- Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Effective task scheduling to meet strict deadlines
- Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English
- Knowledge or skill in working with older adults and adults with memory impairment
