Responsibilities
- Set up and administer resident medications as ordered by physicians and per professional standards.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as directed.
- Provide personal hygiene assistance such as giving bedpans, urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves.
- Ambulate, turn, and position patients as needed.
- Assist with meal service and feeding patients as necessary.
- Maintain patient stability by checking vital signs, weight, testing urine, and recording intake and output information.
Qualifications
- Must be licensed in [STATE] as a [Medication Aide].
- Must maintain current and unencumbered licensure.
