About the role
We are seeking a certified Caregiver/Med Tech at Mirabella ASU in our Assisted Living and Memory Care units. Join us and discover why our staff and residents love our new community!
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and high-quality care to residents in a supportive environment.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and administer medications as per the resident’s needs and doctor’s orders.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance caregiving skills and knowledge.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the living spaces and equipment.
Requirements
- AZ Caregiver Certification or C.N.A certificate with Bridge course completion.
- Med Technician Certification.
- Current and valid CPR and first aid certification.
- One (1) year of experience in a nursing home or senior living facility.
- Successfully passed fingerprint clearance.
- Extensive experience on the medication cart.
- One (1) year of experience providing care preferably in a long-term care environment is preferred.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle stressful situations.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of long-term care practices and procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Pay
$17.00 - $21.00/hour DOE
Schedule
- Full-Time Day Shifts (7:00am-7:00pm)
- Full-Time NOC Shifts (7:00pm-7:00am)
