Med Tech/Care Manager Full Time/Part Time 2nd & 3rd Shift Positions

Responsibilities

• Care Manager: Knows where residents are and checks on them throughout the shift. Reports and documents symptoms and conditions. Responds to calls and notifies supervisors if needed.
• Continence Management: Assists with managing continence, disposing of products, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Social Engagement: Greets and assists residents, engages them in activities, and helps with activities of daily living.
• Medication Care: Reviews service plans, observes medications, documents dosages, and maintains medication storage.
• Documentation: Takes vital signs, updates the service plan, and reports concerns to supervisors.
• Other Duties: Performs additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED
• Age 18 or older
• Certified Nurse’s Aid preferred
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred
• Previous experience with seniors preferred
