Med Tech / Care Manager - All Shifts (1st, 2nd, & 3rd) Positions

Responsibilities

• Care Manager Duties:
  • Responsible for a designated group of residents during the shift; observes, reports, and documents symptoms and conditions.
  • Assists with continence management, maintains cleanliness, and engages residents in activities.
  • Greets and assists all internal and external customers, guests, family members, residents, vendors, and team members.
  • Does resident laundry as assigned and needed.
• Meds Manager Duties:
  • Reviews service plans, assists/observes medications, documents, and counts medications.
  • Participates in the development of the Service Plan and takes vital signs.
  • Reports occupational exposures and follows re-fill processes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
