About the role
Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing patient care across a diverse medical-surgical caseload in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage patients with acute and chronic conditions, including postoperative care when assigned
- Perform assessments, monitor patient status, and escalate concerns as needed
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments per orders
- Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers with the care team
- Prioritize patient care, ensure safe care transitions, educate patients and families, and support interdisciplinary collaboration
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 2 years of recent Med Surg nursing experience
- Active RN license in Texas

Night shift (3x12 schedule), 13-week contract
