Med Surg RN (Full-Time, Night Shift)

About the role

Provides direct patient care in a critical access hospital, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and ensures safety and regulatory compliance. Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, considering patient preferences and cultural needs.

Qualifications

• RN license required
• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree in nursing
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• No experience required, but less than 2 years preferred for higher qualifications

Schedule

May involve shift work, weekend rotations, and shift differentials.
