About the Role
Provide compassionate patient care in a 23-bed Med Surg unit within an acute care environment. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans, and float to PCU for MSU assignments as needed.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor and document patient progress in EPIC
- Ensure patient safety and comfort
- Maintain compliance with certifications such as BLS and NIHSS
- Contribute to high standards of care
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Med Surg setting
- Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
- NIHSS certification
