Provides compassionate, professional nursing care in Med/Surg and EICU settings, ensuring patient needs are met through assessment, planning, implementation, documentation, and evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and IV therapy
- Respond to medical emergencies
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Collaborate with healthcare team members
- Maintain safety and infection control standards
Requirements
- Current Wisconsin RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience
- BLS certification (must be obtained within 1 month of hire)
- ACLS certification (must be obtained within 6 months of hire)
- Adaptability in fast-paced healthcare environments
