Registered Nurse Seeking a dedicated Med Surg RN for a fast-paced 28-bed unit, providing exceptional patient care in a dynamic environment. The role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop and evaluate individualized care plans, utilizing clinical pathways, and educating patients to promote positive outcomes. The nurse will demonstrate leadership, serve as a clinical resource, and communicate effectively with colleagues. Key responsibilities include enhancing time management and performing duties aligned with unit objectives.
